Welcome to the Valley East Minor Hockey AssociationThe Valley East Minor Hockey Association is located in the community of Valley East which is now part of the City of Greater Sudbury. Originally created from the towns of Val Caron, Val Therese and Hanmer, this community is located approximately 20 minutes north of the Sudbury city centre in the heart of a 1.85 billion year old meteorite crater - an impact resulting in world class mines that Sudbury is known for. Rich in hockey tradition, Valley East has produced great hockey stars including Frank St. Marseilles, Ron Duguay and Andrew Brunette.
